When you enroll, you are asked to fill a “Client Details” form which includes the physical parameters like height, weight, BMI and any medical history, daily schedule, food habits / allergies etc.
Then, with your involvement, I will design the weekly diet plans considering you existing habits and eating patterns with minimal changes.
Follow-up will be done every week and based on the results, changes (if required) will be made in the weekly plan.
After reaching your goal, you will be explained how to maintain your health and plan your own diet. You have to keep a check on your health parameters at least once in 3-4 months.
